HARMON(Y)
NOUN - A STATE OF PEACEFUL EXISTENCE OR AGREEMENT
Hi there! I’m Ashley, and I’m so happy you’re here!
If we’re being honest, you most likely stumbled over here because there’s a voice deep inside telling you that your life could be at least a teeny bit better. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, maybe you know something is off, or maybe nothing seems too bad but you just know it’s not as good as it could be.
Spoiler: It can be, and you already have everything you need to change it. Sometimes you just need a little help figuring out what that is…and that’s where I come in. I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself and use the skills you already have in the most effective way.
I spent most of my life in what can only be called discord, the complete opposite of harmony. I made things harder than they had to be, I was my own worst enemy, and I never cheered myself on.
I don’t want anyone to ever feel like I did. I want to be your coach, mentor, and cheerleader every step of the way. Together, we’ll bring harmony into your life.
WHO Am I?
I’m a busy professional, former NFL cheerleader, and all-around big-hearted weirdo. I have tried, and failed, and tried again in every aspect of life, and I have realized that the trying is the best part. I’ve learned that you always have something great to give and something even more amazing to learn, if you let yourself. I recognize life experience isn’t enough, though, so here are my “official” coaching credentials:
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
Personal Trainer
Certified Executive & Mindset Coach
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
Precision Nutrition Level 1
WHO Are you?
To be completely honest with you, I hate trying to put labels on my clients. You don’t need a certain title, background, or perfectly defined goal to benefit from coaching. You may be:
A busy professional trying to grow without letting work consume your life
A leader who wants to build confidence, strengthen relationships, or understand what may be getting in your way
Someone pursuing a big athletic, creative, personal, or professional goal
A woman who has spent so much time meeting expectations and fulfilling responsibilities that you’re no longer sure what you want for yourself
Someone working through imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or a pattern of holding yourself back or playing small
Someone in the middle of a transition and trying to determine what comes next
What matters most isn’t which category you fit into…it’s that you want something in your life to feel different, and you’re ready to explore what that could look like.
